When I started leading teams, I didn’t have all the answers and I still don’t. In fact, I wasn’t even sure where to begin. The first approaches I tried weren’t always successful. But over time, after testing, failing, and learning, I became confident in one thing : failing fast is essential to the improvement process.

Why ? Because after 10 years of working across different countries, companies and industries I've learned that building successful team isn’t something you found in a book.
It’s built through adaptability, inspection, trust and an creating environment where people can experiment, fail and learn fast together.
🔄 My first experience as an Agile Leader, 10 years ago, was tough but it’s probably where I've learnt the most. I faced challenges that no training could have fully prepared me for.
⚠️ Important note: The key isn’t avoiding failure but it’s embracing it as part of growth.
🔍 Think about a child learning to walk. They try, they fall, they get up thousands of times before reaching their goal : walking on their own. They don’t see those failures as mistakes, they see them as necessary steps towards progress.
⭐ ️ Remember, the goal is to keep learning, even when failure stings.
🎯 As a Agile Leader, I continue to test, fail and learn not just to improve myself but to help my teams navigate uncertainty with confidence. Because failure isn’t the enemy of success, it’s the foundation of it.
